TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the requested setup date. The remaining balance will be drafted from the original payment method on the day before the set up date. By providing the deposit, the customer authorizes Metro Glamping to withdraw the remaining balance on the day before the set up date.

Cancellations

Reservations can be canceled and receive a full refund up to 14 days before the event. At 14 days, the 50% deposit is non refundable.  If canceled within 7 days of the reservation, the remaining balance will be charged on the setup date. For retreats, it is the same policy, just at 21 days

 

Reschedule Policy

Reservations can be rescheduled up to 14 days before the setup date. 

 

Exceptions to the 14 day window can be made due to severe weather (heavy wind, snow, hail, lightning). In these cases, the customer will receive a credit to reschedule to a later date. Reschedule dates are based on availability.

 

Damages

Customer assumes responsibility for any damages or theft to the tent or contents. By completing this reservation, the customer authorizes Metro Glamping to withdraw funds to cover damage or theft to the tent (structure, guy lines, stakes, etc.) or any contents (bed, chairs, rugs, tables, etc.)

 

Smoking

There is a no smoking policy (of any form) inside or around the tent. Any signs of smoking with result in an automatic $500 cleaning fee charged to the payment method on file.

 

Pet Policy

If your party includes a pet they MUST be disclosed on the pet waiver. A $50 fee per pet is required. By completing the deposit, the customer authorizes Metro Glamping to withdraw funds to cover any damage by pets during the rental.

 

Food and Beverage

By consuming food and beverage inside and around the tent, you (the customer) assume all responsibility for damages caused by spills, accidents or other causes. Any excessive stains, spills, and damages are subject to cleaning fees. By completing the deposit payment, the customer authorizes Metro Glamping to hold customer liable for any and all damage caused by you or affiliated parties and withdraw funds from the original payment method to repair, replace or clean damaged items.

 

Heating and Cooling

Access to electricity is needed provide heating/cooling options to the tent. Customer is required to provide access to a suitable electrical outlet, in order to receive heating/cooling.

 

Liability Waiver

Customer agrees to sign a standard liability waiver that will be provided at time of booking.

Mobile Texting Policy

If mobile number is provided, clients agree to receive text messages regarding the planning, setup, delivery and pickup of the tent. The user can STOP messages at any time by responding to the text with STOP.
