Review the "Book Now" page to select your desired package, then submit the booking form. We will send an invoice and contract within 24 hours. At that time, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date. If we have questions, we will reach out to discuss specific details about your event. We will send you an email 2-3 days before the event to specify the exact arrival and pickup time, along with any other agreed specifics for your event. If you selected a custom decor, we will send you a mood board about 2-3 weeks before the event date. We will setup your experience before 3:00 PM on your event date. We will then return on your pickup day around noon for pickup.

Metro Glamping is based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. However, we serve the entire North Carolina, South Carolina and Southern Virginia areas. A Travel fee will be assessed for any distance that is more than 1.5 hours from Harrisburg, NC. Travel can be arranged for other US cities, if required.

We have 3 different tent sizes to fit your needs. We use Twin XL mattresses. Mini Experience - Up to 2 people Ultimate Experience - Up to 5 people Mega Experience (Oasis Tent) - Up to 7 people If more beds are needed, we can adjoin tents for the same event.

In the winter, we provide a heater for no additional charge. For the summer months, a portable air conditioner can be added to any package for $80. Note that electricity access is needed. We do not provide a generator for remote locations.

An indoor projector, screen and Roku with free streaming apps (Peacock, Hulu and Netflix). Access will also be available to all additional streaming through the client's accounts.

Yes, we can design a customized decor package for you. This can include customized pillows, rugs, lighting, name cards and more. We will conduct a consultation call with you to understand your vision, then we will bring that vision to life! We partner with local vendors to provide exterior decor such as luxury picnics or balloon arches, if needed.

Yes - Metro Glamping makes your tent feel like home! We provide comfortable memory foam beds standard with every rental. No blow up mattresses here! We also provide blankets and pillows suitable to the season, along with comfortable seating. Every pillow and bed has a quilted hypoallergenic cover. After every rental, all bedding and surfaces are sanitized and professionally cleaned. We provide heating/cooling options with every rental. Note that access to electricity is required for an electric heater, fan or portable A/C unit. If electricity is not available, we will provide battery powered fans and/or charcoal heating pads.

Metro Glamping has a strict no smoking policy.

Yes. Pets are welcome. However, an additional pet waiver is required along with an additional $50/pet fee.

Yes. We also have the perfect glamping sites already picked out at local Charlotte campsites.
