Review the "Book Now" page to select your desired package, then submit the booking form. We will send an invoice and contract within 24 hours. At that time, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date. If we have questions, we will reach out to discuss specific details about your event.
We will send you an email 2-3 days before the event to specify the exact arrival and pickup time, along with any other agreed specifics for your event.
We will setup your experience before 3:00 PM on your event date. We will then return on your pickup day after 11:00 AM.

Metro Glamping is based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. However, we serve the Carolinas and Southeast. A Travel fee will be assessed for any distance that is more than 1 hour from Charlotte, NC. This is based on distance and numbers of rental days, as well as other factors.
Travel can be arranged for other US cities, if required.

We have multiple tent sizes to fit your needs. We primarily use Twin XL mattresses as well as Queen mattresses.
Ultimate Experience - Up to 5 people
Mega Experience - Up to 7 people
If more beds are needed, additional tents can be requested.

In the winter, heaters are provided for no additional charge. For the summer months, fans are provided. No fires are permitted within or adjacent to the tent(s).

An indoor projector, screen and Roku with streaming apps.
Note- Access to streaming applications are through the client's individual accounts. Metro Glamping does not provide.

Yes, we can design a customized decor package for you.
If requested, we will conduct a consultation call with you to understand your vision, then we will bring that vision to life!

Yes - Metro Glamping makes your tent feel like home! We provide comfortable memory foam beds standard with every rental. No blow up mattresses here!
We also provide blankets and pillows suitable to the season, along with comfortable seating. After every rental, all bedding and surfaces are sanitized and professionally cleaned.
We provide heating/cooling options with every rental. Note that access to electricity is required for an electric heater.

Metro Glamping has a strict no smoking policy.

Yes. Pets are welcome. However, an additional pet waiver is required along with an additional $50/pet fee.

Yes, we can accommodate most requests, including campgrounds and venues.
Please check with the vendor to ensure they allow third party access.
